Stress Release Yoga

Restorative yoga combines elements of deep stretching and calming techniques to achieve sustained and balanced energy levels. Igniting the body’s natural healing mechanisms is achieved by activating the parasympathetic nervous system and lowering the stress responses. The personalized sequences and private setting help you fully relax and switch off the mental rumination to allow an accelerated gain in flexibility through held poses and fascia tension release.
Our team of teachers are trained in Restorative yoga practices, which are designed to decrease stress levels and increase relaxation. Free and light movements coordinated with your breathing and deep stretching will help to prevent the body from transforming any stress into physical tension. Each class will close with a guided relaxation and deep breathing exercises to feel weightless in the body and centered in the mind. The program increases flexibility by slowly relaxing into each stretch and using calming breathing techniques to reduce mental chatter and physical agitation.
Yoga sequences and mindfulness techniques are carefully curated to meet your individual needs. Each class is 60 minutes and led by an experienced and qualified teacher who will develop the class structures as you progress with your personalized yoga program. A maximum of 4 people can practice together from the same package, we encourage you to share this experience with your friends and family members!

Stress Management Program

Stress is embedded into our lifestyles, even children nowadays suffer from stress and anxiety. In Hong Kong, we were the last city in the world to drop the mask mandate and social distancing measures, yet you still see many wearing their masks as a choice to protect themselves, many feel exposed and anxious without it and a sense of social awkwardness being put into group gatherings again after 3 years. Our  stress management programs  help our clients feel safe and comfortable again, especially in a changing and highly unpredictable world. The workshops provide a space to feel quiet within and to stop the constant mental chatter. When we are able to feel at peace within we are more willing to connect deeply with others, the program has both these factors intertwined, pers...
